At present, due to insurance reasons, the minimum age is 18.
Yes. There are parking spaces available at St. Anne’s House.
Please bring swimwear, water, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself outside), footwear such as crocs and a change of clothes! Read our etiquette page to learn more.

All bookings can be transferred or refunded up until 24 hours before your session. If you miss this window, you won’t be eligible for a refund (we are a small not for profit and late cancellations do impact us).

If you do not turn up to your appointment and do not notify us in advance, we are unable to rearrange your booking to another time.
As we so often sell out, doing so means we lose out on the cost for running the space, thus we cannot refund or reschedule appointments after the date of the session.
Do bear in mind sessions are transferable and can be given to a friend, or we can offer you space to someone who may not be able to afford regular saunas.
