We can’t currently accommodate group bookings – please each book on individually or complete the form for a private session.
Once you have successfully booked on – you will recieve an Order Confirmation via email. If you have not recieved this, you have not booked on successfully.
Please bring swimwear, water, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself outside), footwear such as crocs and a change of clothes! Read our etiquette page to learn more.
All bookings can be transferred or refunded up until 6 hours before your session. If you miss this window, you won’t be eligible for a refund (we are a small not for profit and late cancellations do impact us).
If you cannot attend a session, please cancel your booking, this means those on the waiting list have a chance of attending instead.
If you need to cancel a session, please click on the link in the email booking confirmation or do so via the TeamUp web app. You do not need to email us.
If you do not turn up to your appointment and do not notify us in advance, we are unable to rearrange your booking to another time.
As we so often sell out, doing so means we lose out on the cost for running the space, thus we cannot refund or reschedule appointments after the date of the session.
Do bear in mind sessions are transferable and can be given to a friend, or we can offer you space to someone who may not be able to afford regular saunas.
Please note, the 6 hour cancellation policy does not refer to private bookings.
At the moment, each person who attends the sauna needs to register, sign the waiver and enter ‘next of kin’ information so you can’t buy a ticket for a friend just yet!
If you have left something behind, please visit us during our opening hours, or email us at hello@bristolcommunitysauna.org and we will do our best to find it for you.
Please note, we dispose of any lost property that has been left on the premises after three weeks.
Yes, you can!

Saunas
Our saunas tend to range between 85-95 degrees Celsius. These temperatures can fluctuate based on outdoor temperature and how often people enter and exit the sauna. Generally speaking, the lower benches can be 10-20 degrees cooler than the upper benches.
Cold Plunges
We have three cold plunges. Two of them are set to 10 degrees and one is set to 5 degrees. Temperatures can vary based on outdoor temperature and how recently the water has been changed.
