We offer exclusive use of a single sauna (10 or 14-person capacity) or the whole site (24-person capacity).

At present, due to insurance reasons, the minimum age is 18.
Yes. There are parking spaces available at St. Anne’s House.
Please bring swimwear, water, two towels (one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself outside), footwear such as crocs and a change of clothes! Read our etiquette page to learn more.

All bookings can be transferred or refunded up until 8 hours before your session. If you miss this window, you won’t be eligible for a refund (we are a small not for profit and late cancellations do impact us).
If you need to cancel a session, please click on the link in the email booking confirmation or do so via the TeamUp web app. You do not need to email us.
If you do not turn up to your appointment and do not notify us in advance, we are unable to rearrange your booking to another time.
As we so often sell out, doing so means we lose out on the cost for running the space, thus we cannot refund or reschedule appointments after the date of the session.
Do bear in mind sessions are transferable and can be given to a friend, or we can offer you space to someone who may not be able to afford regular saunas.
At the moment, each person who attends the sauna needs to register, sign the waiver and enter ‘next of kin’ information so you can’t buy a ticket for a friend just yet!
