We ask you read our code of conduct and be mindful of others’ experiences to help keep our shared space welcoming and comfortable for all.
Bring two towels (one to sit on), swimwear, water and footware such as crocs. We’ll show you around, then its time to warm up, cool down and relax! Everyone experiences sauna differently, listen to your body and do what feels comfortable.

We offer exclusive use of a single sauna (10 or 14-person capacity) or the whole site (22-person capacity).

At the moment, each person who attends the sauna needs to register, sign the waiver and enter ‘next of kin’ information.
We now offer Gift Cards, which is the easiest way of buying a ticket for a friend right now.
Our sauna is located at St Anne’s House, BS4 4AB.
On foot: We are surrounded by green spaces that make for a pleasant walking trail. From Brislington you can access us via a footpath through St Anne’s Wood and from St George via a footpath through Troopers Hill and Crew’s Hole.
By bike: We have electric (Dott) and push bike parking on-site.
By ferry: Netham Ferry stop is just round the corner making for a beautiful journey to us from the town centre.
By bus: The number 5 bus stops right outside.
By car: There is free parking available at St. Anne’s House car park.

Use the accessible entrance to the left of the main doors, head up the ramp and ring the buzzer marked “Sauna”, a sauna attendant will let you in.
Go past reception and through the double doors; we’re to the left of the stairs. There is step-free access throughout, including to the sauna, cold plunges and a disabled toilet.

All bookings can be transferred or refunded up until 6 hours before your session. If you miss this window, you won’t be eligible for a refund (we are a small not for profit and late cancellations do impact us).
If you cannot attend a session, please cancel your booking, this means those on the waiting list have a chance of attending instead.
If you need to cancel a session, please click on the link in the email booking confirmation or do so via the TeamUp web app. You do not need to email us.
If you do not turn up to your appointment and do not notify us in advance, we are unable to rearrange your booking to another time.
As we so often sell out, doing so means we lose out on the cost for running the space, thus we cannot refund or reschedule appointments after the date of the session.
Do bear in mind sessions are transferable and can be given to a friend, or we can offer you space to someone who may not be able to afford regular saunas.
Please note, the 6 hour cancellation policy does not refer to private bookings.
